This Jurkat cell line stably expresses human PD-1 (Programmed Cell Death 1, PDCD1) along with a firefly luciferase reporter driven by NFAT response elements upstream of a minimal promoter. When co-cultured with CHO-K1 OKT3 PD-L1 (RoukenCells #CB1620), activation of NFAT can be quantitatively assessed through luciferase activity, providing a robust and sensitive readout for pathway stimulation. PD-1 expression has been confirmed by flow cytometry, and the cell line has been functionally validated in co-culture assays.
