This Jurkat cell line stably expresses a firefly luciferase reporter driven by NFAT response elements upstream of a minimal promoter. Activation of NFAT can be quantitatively assessed through luciferase activity, providing a robust and sensitive readout for pathway stimulation. The cell line has been functionally validated in co-culture assays.
