Target Information and Further Details
This Jurkat cell line stably expresses human Fc-gamma RI (CD64) along with a firefly luciferase reporter driven by NFAT response elements upstream of a minimal promoter. Activation of NFAT can be quantitatively assessed through luciferase activity, providing a robust and sensitive readout for pathway stimulation. Fc-gamma RI (CD64) expression has been confirmed by flow cytometry, and the cell line has been functionally validated in co-culture assays.
