Target Information and Further Details
This Jurkat cell line stably expresses human FcγRIIIa (CD16) V176 (high-affinity, polymorphic variant of CD16a) along with a firefly luciferase reporter driven by NFAT response elements upstream of a minimal promoter. Activation of NFAT can be quantitatively assessed through luciferase activity, providing a robust and sensitive readout for pathway stimulation. FcγRIIIa (CD16) V176 expression has been confirmed by flow cytometry, and the cell line has been functionally validated in co-culture assays.
