Target Information and Further Details
This Jurkat cell line stably expresses human FcγRIIa (CD32a) R167 (low-affinity, polymorphic variant of CD32a) along with a firefly luciferase reporter driven by NFAT response elements upstream of a minimal promoter. Activation of NFAT can be quantitatively assessed through luciferase activity, providing a robust and sensitive readout for pathway stimulation. FcγRIIa (CD32a) R167 expression has been confirmed by flow cytometry, and the cell line has been functionally validated in co-culture assays.
