Jurkat αβTCR Knockout

In this engineered cell line, expression of the endogenous alpha-beta T-cell receptor (αβTCR) complex has been disrupted, resulting in the loss of cell surface αβTCR expression and elimination of TCR-mediated antigen recognition. 

The Jurkat αβTCR KO cell line provides a valuable platform for the development of engineered T-cell therapies, including transgenic TCR and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) constructs, and serves as a useful negative control for studies of TCR expression, signalling, and function.
