Regulatory T Cells (Tregs) constitute a subset of T cells responsible for suppressing immune responses and maintaining homeostasis and tolerance. RoukenCells provides naïve Tregs (nTregs), which are cultured from CD4+ T cells. These cells demonstrate the ability to inhibit T cell proliferation in vitro, enabling the evaluation of a therapeutic candidate’s effects on Treg cell using a Treg immunosuppression assay.
