A CHO-K1 cell line expressing a CD3 targeting TCR activator and human PD-L1. Can be used in conjunction with the Jurkat PD-1 NFAT-luciferase cell line for the screening of combinations of PD-1/PD-L1 antagonists.

Target Information and Further Details
This CHO-K1 cell line stably expresses human PD-L1 (Programmed Cell Death 1 Ligand 1, PDCD1 Ligand 1) and a membrane bound OKT3 anti-CD3 scFv TCR activator. When co-cultured with Jurkat NFAT PD-1 (RoukenCells #CB1589), activation of NFAT can be quantitatively assessed through luciferase activity, providing a robust and sensitive readout for pathway stimulation. PD-L1 expression has been confirmed by flow cytometry, and the cell line has been functionally validated in co-culture assays.
