Target Information and Further Details
This CHO-K1 cell line stably expresses human MHC class I polypeptide-related sequence A (MIC-A) and human MHC class I polypeptide-related sequence B (MIC-B). When co-cultured with Jurkat NKG2D NFAT-Luc cells (RoukenCells #CB1586), activation of NFAT can be quantitatively assessed through luciferase activity, providing a robust and sensitive readout for pathway stimulation. MIC-A and MIC-B expression have been confirmed by flow cytometry, and the cell line has been functionally validated in co-culture assays.
