CHO-K1 IndcMET is an IndEx-2 stable cell line inducibly expressing full length human cMET.

IndEx-2 is RoukenCells' proprietary inducible expression system that enables precise, dose-dependent control of one or two target antigens within your chosen cell line. Using orthogonal chemically induced proximity switches, antigen expression can be independently tuned across a biologically relevant range, creating custom cell models for target validation, assay development and therapeutic screening.

Target Information and Further Details
c-MET is a receptor tyrosine kinase encoded by the MET gene and is the receptor for hepatocyte growth factor (HGF). It plays a pivotal role in cellular processes such as proliferation, motility, survival, and angiogenesis. Aberrant c-MET activation—through overexpression, amplification, or mutations—has been implicated in several cancers, including NSCLC, gastric cancer, renal cell carcinoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma. Therapeutic agents targeting c-MET include tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) such as crizotinib and capmatinib, as well as monoclonal antibodies and ADCs in development.
