MART-1, also referred to as Melan-A, is found in melanocytes and most melanoma cells. It encodes antigenic epitopes that are detected by tumour-reactive CD8+ T cells. RoukenCells provides HLA-A*0201-restricted endogenous anti-MART-1 CD8+ T cells specifically generated against autologous monocyte-derived dendritic cells (moDCs) pulsed with HLA-A*0201 restricted MART-1 (ELAGIGILTV) peptide.
